Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Dre’s Closet. We strongly believe in finding modest, affordable items for everyone! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return unworn, unwashed items for store credit within 30 DAYS of original purchase.  Items may only be returned for store credit, which may then be used to purchase a new item/variant if an exchange is desired. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. Please email shop.drescloset@gmail.com with any questions or concerns. 


ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, STRONG ODORS, DEODORANT, CIGARETTE SMOKE, AND ANIMAL HAIR. Items showing signs of wear and/or damage will be returned to the customer with no store credit issued. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN MERCHANDISE IF IT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA. IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR COST WITHOUT NOTICE.

IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA EMAIL WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. 

Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. Dre’s Closet will provide a USPS First Class return shipping label in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.

Items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 30 days, it will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
